Hamid, raised in a family of intellectuals in Tehran, excelled in mathematics and marketing after moving to the U.S., later thriving as an insurance broker. Overcoming a life-altering car accident, he co-founded RipDrip with Ryan to address inefficiencies in business processes.

Ryan, a self-taught tech enthusiast, built a million-dollar computer business by age 14. After a successful career in corporate B2B sales and as a top insurance broker, he co-founded RipDrip with Hamid, Matthew, and Angel to automate sales processes.

Angel, a Connecticut native, began programming in fourth grade and became a senior developer at a software company by 2015. With deep expertise across technology stacks, he drives RipDrip’s commitment to high-quality code for innovative automation solutions.

VP of Research and Development Matthew, a Florida native, transitioned from hospitality and motorcycle sales to a successful insurance career. Self-taught in coding, he leads RipDrip’s R&D to develop cutting-edge automation products.​
